Refunds & Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

By purchasing from this site you agree that if you do not notify BuyKetosis™ during the refund period in the manner described in this agreement our easy to use email and toll-free phone services of your desire to return any unused, unopoened product in its original packaging that we may assume you have fully accepted the terms of BuyKetosis™, and you will have no further right of redress or refund for any reason.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. Additionally, you are responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return of your order.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes

By placing an order on our site from anywhere outside of the United States, the customer bears all responsibility for duties, taxes and fees. These fees, if any, are not subject to refund.

Other Non-Returnable Items

Opened products and Samples are non-returnable.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Replacements & Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, call us 877-453-8674 or send us an email at If you are unsure as to wether or not you will like a certain flavor of a product, please take advantage of our sample offers.

Return Authorization

You may contact BuyKetosis™ at or call us at 1-877-453-8674, anytime within 30 days of the original purchase date for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) and obtain return shipping instructions.

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your return, it will be inspected to ensure refund eligibility.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You can expect your return to be processed within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product and you can expect your refund within 3-5 business days once it has been issued.

Partial Refunds

We reserve the right to issue a partial refund versus a full refund in the event that any, but not limited to, of the following situations occur:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Return Instructions

  1. Pack any unused, unopened product still in its original packaging in a box (use the original package, if possible).
  2. Please include your RMA#, order #, billing name, and address with the return.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

**For your protection, we recommend you return your product with a shipping service that provides tracking information and keep the tracking number to ensure your return is delivered to us.**

As described above, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
